We are looking for a high school or university student who is creative, analytical, and has great passion for entrepreneurship. The top candidate will be awarded a scholarship of $1,000 to help them achieve their academic goals.

Must be currently enrolled in or accepted to a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in any accredited U.S. university, college, or school.
Details: For the chance of receiving the $1,000 scholarship, please respond with a careful and thought-out essay for your own start up with an allotted budget of $100,000 in the midst of COVID-19. We expect one to two paragraphs on each of the following points:
Management Style: What would the core philosophies for management be? How would this be practices and why are these core values important to the business?
Company Culture: Keeping your core values and philosophies in mind, how can your colleagues practices these ideologies?
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
How can your business create a customer eccentric CRM model to maximize customer loyalty and business efficiency?
Originality: Tell us why and how your company will be different from potential competitors.
Competition: Identify your competitors, where your place in the market is and how you are trying to enter. Provide a SWOT analysis of the market you are entering.
Marketing: Identify your target audience, demographics, psychographics, and thoroughly explain marketing strategies you would use towards this audience.
What Happens Next?
The Watch Standard will carefully review each business plan submitted to us. The team will consider each proposal while providing their opinions and remarks towards each business plan. If selected, you will receive an email awarding you with the $1,000 scholarship.
