The Watch Standard 1-Year Sales Warranty
The Watch Standard offers a limited sales warranty on every new and pre-owned watch purchased either from our website or in-store. All certified pre-owned watches sold by The Watch Standard include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless indicated otherwise. The date of purchase can be found on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any dated document from The Watch Standard provided as proof of purchase.
Please note that the 1-year warranty is only valid for the original buyer and is non-transferable.
The Watch Standard 2-Years Limited Service Warranty
The Watch Standard offers a 2-year limited service warranty on every pre-owned watch sold on our website as well as in-store. As part of our limited service warranty, The Watch Standard will take in and send your watch to a certified brand service provider for repairs or replacement of any damaged parts.
Restrictions and Conditions
Our limited warranties do not cover any damages caused by improper use or mishandling of the watch by the buyer. Damages such as dents, cracks, scratched and/or broken crystals, water damage, modifications, and unauthorized repairs made to the watch will not be covered. The Watch Standard is not responsible for any watches, parts, or materials broken, damaged, and/or lost when serviced by any 3rd party services. The Watch Standard’s 2-year service warranty will become null and void if the watch has been serviced by any 3rd party service. We recommend contacting us to have your watch serviced by our certified brand service providers as part of The Watch Standard’s provided warranties.
